I would have explained to them that there is in fact no Santa Claus, and that there parents have been lying to them. Then I would tell them that they were adopted. Won't shut them up but their howling will suddenly become satisfying.

I would have tried to turn my back on the kids and ignore them, if that didn't work I would have had the waiter move me, and would have been specific why I wanted to move.

Parents are idiots to let their kids act that way. It's no the child's fault it's the parents.
