Cashier Threatens to Shoot Customer

in Odds & Ends Stories

I placed an order over the phone at “PW” Asian Diner in Dulles, Virginia. I’m already in their system as they recognized my call back number and pick up name and even my order. When I got there 10 minutes later it wasn’t ready, plus they tried to charge me extra for some reason. The female cashier came over and corrected it and explained to the male cashier why it was incorrect.

I waited about 15 more minutes because they messed up the order. Even when I received it, it still wasn’t correct (I asked for the rice on the side). When I asked for a bag to put the food in the cashier gave me attitude and decided he wanted to fight me stating that he didn’t care since it was his last day. This was in the store in front of other employees and a waiting customer. He then followed me outside and continued to antagonize me and even threatened to shoot me. Finally one of the kitchen employees came and got him.

I used to be a regular. Unbelievable! I think his name is “C” and he was the only male cashier at the time. It was around 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2013.
